    The Agency facilitates overseas recruitment by sourcing, vetting, and introducing candidates to clients. The Agency is an intermediary and does not employ candidates directly. The final employment relationship exists solely between the client and the candidate.
  3. Payment and Fees
    Fees are due upon successful placement of a candidate and are outlined in the agreement with each client. Late payments may incur a penalty fee. Additional charges, such as for background checks or travel arrangements, may apply based on the specifics of each placement.

If a candidate placed by the agency leaves the role within a specified period, we may offer a replacement at no additional charge, or clients may be eligible for a partial refund subject to terms agreed upon with the client.

    Candidates are expected to provide accurate and truthful information throughout the recruitment process. Misrepresentation or falsification of details may result in disqualification from current and future opportunities and potential legal consequences.
  2. Client Obligations
    Clients agree to maintain confidentiality regarding candidate details and not to share information with third parties. Furthermore, clients must provide fair and safe working conditions in accordance with local and international labor laws.
  3. Data Protection and Privacy
    All personal information collected by the Agency is stored and processed in compliance with data protection laws, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).   4. Intellectual Property
    The content on our website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of the Agency. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited and may result in legal action.
  5. Limitation of Liability
    • The Agency is not responsible for the accuracy of candidate information or the outcome of any hiring decision.
    • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services.
    • Any issues arising between the client and candidate post-hire must be resolved directly between the two parties.

    • Candidate Termination: The Agency may remove candidates from consideration if they breach these Terms, provide false information, or engage in unprofessional conduct.

    The Agency will not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events outside of its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other extraordinary circumstances.
